x8bd Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

x8bd ("we", "our", "Platform") operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two, the Bengali version shall prevail.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. All documents mentioned together form your complete agreement with x8bd.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the x8bd platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above. Providing a false age at registration will result in permanent account closure and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses and earnings will be considered void.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a direct violation of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. If unauthorized use is detected, notify us immediately at [email protected]. x8bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from account access by a third party.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals or activity exceeding certain thresholds, x8bd may request identity verification via a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

x8bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This may take longer if verification is pending.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

Please verify all details carefully before submitting a deposit or withdrawal request. x8bd will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number or mobile number. All transactions are recorded in your account dashboard.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (deposit + bonus).

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering conditions and expiry period.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.3 VIP Program

The x8bd VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.0%

4.4 Bonus Abuse

x8bd does not tolerate any attempt to abuse or fraudulently exploit bonuses. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed, the bonus cancelled, and any winnings earned may be forfeited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person
• Manipulating bonus use or placing bets with the specific intent of exploiting the system
• Attempting fraud, hacking, phishing, or tampering with any software on the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning funds from illegal sources
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other unauthorized technology
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age

6. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x8bd will not be liable for:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server disruptions, or internet connectivity issues
• Software issues from third-party game providers
• Problems caused by the user's own device or network
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government orders, and the like
• Any loss resulting from a user's violation of these Terms

In no circumstance will x8bd's maximum liability exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

10. Changes to Terms

x8bd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

11. Dispute Resolution
